Placing an order
When you place an order on the Romeo's Daughter website, you will receive confirmation of your order and despatch via an email. Please ensure that you enter your email details correctly and that the email account you have provided is working correctly.
Every effort will be made to ensure that all pricing is kept updated. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that prior to placing an order that you have checked all details of the products that you order as they may have changed since the last time you viewed our website. All products displayed on the Romeos Daughter website are subject to availability.
All pricing displayed on the Romeos Daughter website is inclusive of VAT at standard UK rate.
Goods and prices are not confirmed as a contractual order until you receive a confirmation email sent to the email account provided by yourself. Any contract or agreement between yourself and Romeo's Daughter shall be governed by English law.

For orders within the UK We will deliver goods within the UK within a maximum of 14 working days, although in most cases every effort will be made to despatch within 48 hours.
For Overseas Orders We will aim to deliver goods to overseas destinations within a maximum of 21 working days.Description and Terminology

We pride ourselves that we sell high products. However, if a product is found to be faulty we will do our best to put this right. Please understand that we will always try to replace a product before any refund is offered.
If any product is unsuitable or damaged, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please quote your original order number and the description of the goods. We will then contact you via email with instructions for returning your goods. Please return your goods with your original delivery note paperwork.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for any returned goods as we cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit. Please be aware that proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Provided the items are returned in perfect condition and with all original packaging we will exchange/refund. Please note that all costs for postage and packaging for returned items will be at the customers expense unless the item is found to be faulty. If the item is found to be faulty we will credit the costs incurred.
